Champaign, Ill.-based FirstBusey Corp. ($3.89 billion, as of March 31) is closing its of St. Louis-basedPulaski Financial Corp.($1.65 billion, as of 2015 year-end) on April 30, according to a Form 8-K filedApril 29.

First Busey will be the surviving company and Pulaski Financialunit Pulaski Bank NA willbe a wholly owned subsidiary of First Busey after the transaction is completed.
