Southwest Gas Holdings senior vice president to retire in April

Southwest Gas Holdings Inc.'s Senior Vice President and CFO Roy Centrella is retiring from his position, effective April 1.

Centrella will help with transition activities over the next two months until the effective date of his resignation, according to a Feb. 6 news release. Succeeding Centrella will be Gregory Peterson, who will become the senior vice president and CFO of both Southwest Gas Holdings and the company's natural gas utility, Southwest Gas Corp.

Lori Colvin will replace Peterson as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer for both Southwest Gas Holdings and Southwest Gas Corp.

Southwest Gas Corp. serves over two million customers in Arizona, Nevada and California. Southwest Gas Holdings' other business segment, Centuri Construction Group Inc., provides construction services to utilities and energy and industrial markets.
