HSBC Bank PLC appointed Graham FitzGerald president and CEO of HSBC Philippines, ABS-CBN News reported Oct. 15, citing a bank statement.

Previously, FitzGerald served as CEO of HSBC Brunei. He replaces Jose Arnulfo Veloso, who is leaving the group to pursue other endeavors.

FitzGerald's appointment is subject to regulatory approval, the HSBC Holdings PLC unit said.
