FIBRA Macquarie secures full lease for industrial building in Mexico

Mexican real estate investment trust FIBRA Macquarie México secured the full lease for a building in the first phase of its industrial development in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

The building, which spans a 201,000-square-foot gross leasable area, will be occupied by a U.S.-based manufacturer of laser printers and imaging products under a triple-net lease denominated in U.S. dollars. The tenant will use the recently completed facility for logistics and distribution.

The development is being constructed in accordance with LEED-standard building practices.
