Pinnacle West, Arizona Public Service make management changes

Pinnacle West Capital Corp. and its principal subsidiary Arizona Public Service Co. promoted Theodore Geisler to senior vice president and CFO of both companies.

Geisler has been the vice president and chief information officer of Arizona Public Service, or APS, since February 2018.

Meanwhile, James Hatfield was promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer of APS, and Daniel Froetscher was appointed president and COO of APS.

All changes are effective immediately, according to a Jan. 10 filing.
