Selangor Dredging directors step down

Selangor Dredging Bhd.'s independent nonexecutive directors Tee Keng Hoon and Mohd Ismail Bin Che Rus resigned from the company due to personal reasons.

The change is effective Jan. 2, according to a release.

Additionally, the Malaysian real estate developer appointed Selma Enolil Binti Mustapha Khalil and Lee Cheow Fui as independent nonexecutive directors, effective Dec. 31, 2018.
