Manpasand Beverages Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 came to 129.2 million rupees.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

The normalized profit margin was 10.0%.

Total revenue came to 1.21 billion rupees, and total operating expenses totaled 976.2 million rupees.

Reported net income came to 172.5 million rupees, or 2.30 rupees per share.

For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 2.90 rupees per share, an increase of 40.9% from 2.06 rupees per share in the prior year.

Normalized net income was 217.1 million rupees, an increase of 42.0% from 152.9 million rupees in the prior year.

Full-year total revenue increased 22.2% from the prior-year period to 3.60 billion rupees from 2.94 billion rupees, and total operating expenses grew 20.3% on an annual basis to 3.15 billion rupees from 2.62 billion rupees.

The company said reported net income increased 45.5% year over year to 299.5 million rupees, or 4.00 rupees per share, in the full year, from 205.9 million rupees, or 2.77 rupees per share.
