Gladson acquires content management software provider Edgenet

Gladson Interactive Inc. acquired Nashville-based content management software provider Edgenet Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

Edgenet's whole team will join Gladson as part of the deal.

Gladson said in a Jan. 7 news release it will continue to make investments in technology and innovation and will remain committed to Nashville's technology sector.

Winston & Strawn LLP served as legal adviser to Gladson for the acquisition.

Chicago-based Gladson is a portfolio company of Jordan Co. LP and Wicks Group of Cos. LLC.
