Banco Supervielle to offer up to 2.5B Argentine pesos in bonds

Banco Supervielle SA on Feb. 8 will offer two series of negotiable obligations, each valued at 500.0 million Argentine pesos, expandable up to 2.50 billion pesos.

The combined value of both series should not exceed 2.50 billion pesos, the bank said in a filing.

The class D debt carries a variable rate and has a maturity of 18 months. Meanwhile, the class E notes yield at a variable rate and have a term of 60 months. Both series will be issued Feb. 14.

The offerings are part of the bank's global program of simple negotiable obligations worth up to $800.0 million.

As of Feb. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 19.51 Argentine pesos.
