Corporate Capital Trust authorizes $50M stock repurchase program

Corporate Capital Trust Inc.'s board authorized a stock repurchase program pursuant to which the company may repurchase up to $50 million in the aggregate of its outstanding common stock in the open market at prices below the current net asset value per share.

The program may be suspended, extended, modified or discontinued at any time.

For the fourth quarter of 2017, Corporate Capital Trust reported net investment income of 38 cents per share, compared to 39 cents per share in the year-ago quarter. The company's 2017 net investment income was $1.54 per share, compared to $1.55 per share in 2016.
