FERC approves sale of passive stake in 200-MW Minn. wind project

JPM CapitalCorp. and MetropolitanLife Insurance Co. have secured FERC approval toacquire passive,class A interest in the 200-MW Odellwind project, according to a July 12 release.

AlgonquinPower & Utilities Corp., Enel Green Power and Enel SpA will continue to maintain class B ownership inthe Minnesota-based project, which will sell its power to subsidiary .(EC16-126)
