Macquarie Infrastructure increases conversion ratio for 2.875% notes

Macquarie Infrastructure Corp. increased the conversion ratio for its 2.875% convertible notes due 2019, to reflect the impact of its dividend payout, according to a March 13 news release.

The company increased the conversion rate to 12.4912 common shares per $1,000 principal amount, effective March 5.
