Private equity firm EQT Partners AB, through its EQT Expansion Capital II fund, sold cloud-based digital learning management system platform itslearning AS to Sanoma Learning BV.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Itslearning's management will remain minority shareholders.
