TP ICAP names execs for institutional services team

TP ICAP Plc named Mark Allen COO of its institutional services division.

Allen moved from the same role at the company's electronic markets business. He previously led foreign exchange sales and trading for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Royal Bank of Canada.

TP ICAP also appointed Paul McNee head of foreign exchange for Asia-Pacific at Mirexa Capital, a financial market intermediary within the institutional services division. He previously worked in different roles at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. for 30 years, most recently as senior manager of foreign-exchange investor sales.

John Martin became managing director of recently acquired Coex Partners in New York, focusing on equity derivatives and cross-asset solutions. Martin previously worked for Raymond James and Newedge in similar roles focusing on North America.
