Metanor Resources to undertake 1-for-10 share consolidation

Metanor Resources Inc. on Jan. 23 said it plans to consolidate its common shares on the basis of 1 post-consolidation share for 10 pre-consolidation shares, subject to approval from the company's shareholders at a special meeting to be held March 20.

The move is line with the company's short-term development plan and several ongoing projects.

In addition, Metanor looks to transfer the trading of its shares to the Toronto Stock Exchange for increased international exposure and analyst coverage.
