said April 26 thatit has appointed Mark Hohnen as chairman.
Hohnen is partof the board of Swakop Uranium, which owns the Husab uranium project, the second-largesturanium operation in the world in terms of production. He was also the foundingexecutive chairman of Kalahari Resources Plc.
Upon his appointment,Hohnen agreed to invest A$500,000 into the company via a share subscription at 3cents apiece for 16,666,667 shares.
With Hohnenjoining the company, Evan Cranston will transition to the role of corporate directorwhile Peter Williams will take a nonexecutive director post.
