Loblaw recalls cooked shrimp over health concerns

Canada-based food retailer Loblaw Cos. Ltd. on March 1 recalled select bags of cooked shrimp, saying some of the bags may contain raw shrimp that could pose a health risk if improperly prepared.

The product has since been removed from store shelves. It was sold at Loblaw-owned and affiliated stores in Ontario, Atlantic, Québec and West.

The company said customers can return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
