Bancolombia acquires Medellin property for almost 90B Colombian pesos

Bancolombia SA said it acquired a real estate property known as "Torre Oriente," located in Medellin, Colombia, for about 89.81 billion Colombian pesos.

The property, which forms part of the bank's administrative headquarters, was purchased from Alianza Fiduciaria SA, according to a regulatory filing.

As of March 16, US$1 was equivalent to 2,855.50 Colombian pesos.
