Huntington names former Visa exec as incoming CFO

Columbus, Ohio-based Huntington Bancshares Inc. appointed Zachary Wasserman as senior executive vice president and CFO, effective Nov. 4.

Wasserman, who previously was CFO of Visa Inc.'s North American business, succeeds current CFO Howell McCullough III, who in May announced his plan to retire. He will remain with the bank until Dec. 31 to assist with the transition.
