Report: Affinity in talks with bankers to sell MedicalDirector

Private equity firm Affinity Equity Partners is in talks with investment bankers about potential exit options from MedicalDirector, The Australian Financial Review reported, citing sources.

Affinity is also discussing with banks sale strategies and valuation, according to the report.

Affinity acquired the Australian medical practice software company for A$155 million in 2016 from Healius. Affinity is not expected to appoint sell-side advisers or formalize a plan until 2020, the publication added, citing sources.
