MVB Financial waives timing requirements on securities conversion

MVB Financial Corp. has waived the timing requirements for those who want to convert certain securities into common stock.

Holders of the Fairmont, W. Va.-based company's 7.00% and 7.50% convertible subordinated promissory notes due 2024 may now send notices of conversion at any time before July 1, 2019.

And holders of its series B and series C preferred stock may now send notices of conversion at any time before July 30, 2019.
