After 1st Mariner deal, director discloses 14.96% stake in Howard Bancorp

Howard Feinglass, along with associated investment vehicles Priam Capital Fund I LP and Priam Capital Associates LLC, disclosed a 14.96% stake in Ellicott City, Md.-based Howard Bancorp Inc.

In connection with the company's purchase of Baltimore-based 1st Mariner Bank — which closed in March — Priam Capital Fund I received an aggregate of 2,837,262 shares of Howard Bancorp's common stock and Feinglass received an aggregate of 41 shares of Howard Bancorp's common stock in exchange for the aggregate number of shares of 1st Mariner Bank stock the fund and Feinglass held as of the consummation of the merger.

The ownership stake calculation is based on 18,965,494 shares of Howard Bancorp's outstanding common stock as of March 1.

Feinglass became a director of Howard Bancorp following the merger.
