Mega Financial unit gets new director

Mega Financial Holdings Co. Ltd. unit Mega Bills Finance Co. Ltd. appointed Hsiao Yu-Mei as a director on its board, effective March 28.

Hsiao replaces Lee Chen-Shan, who stepped down from the role, according to a March 27 stock exchange filing.

Hsiao and Lee are both senior executive vice presidents of another Mega Financial unit, Mega International Commercial Bank Co. Ltd. Hsiao also holds the same post at the parent company.
