A medical staffing contractor is suing a subsidiary for more than $200,000 in unpaid fees, according to a complaintfiled July 11 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Onsite Innovations Inc. alleges that it held a contract withCliffs Natural ResourcesInc. to provide services at its Oak Grove coal mine in Alabama andits Pinnacle mine in West Virginia.
But VCLF unit Seneca Coal Resources LLC the Oak Grove and Pinnaclemines and all of their interests from Cliffs in December 2015.
Onsite alleges that Seneca has failed to make monthlypayments for staffing support services such as full-time nurses and othermedical staff due under previous agreements for several months.
Virginia Conservation Legacy Funddid not respond to a request for comment in time for publication.
