Hershey's board chairman to retire; replacement elected

John Bilbrey will retire as chairman of Hershey Co.'s board on May 2.

The incumbent will not stand for re-election at the company's annual meeting of stockholders on May 2. Charles Davis, the company's lead independent director, will assume the role of chairman after the meeting.
