Primero to delist from NYSE

The New York Stock Exchange plans to begin the delisting process for Primero Mining Corp.'s shares after it determined that the company is no longer suitable for listing based on "abnormally low" price levels.

Primero said Aug. 14 that it will not seek an appeal to the bourse's decision.

The company's common shares continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker P.
