Taiwan Business Bank to absorb 2 insurance subsidiaries via merger

Taiwan Business Bank Co. Ltd. will conclude a planned merger to absorb its two wholly owned insurance subsidiaries Jan. 2.

TBB Insurance Agency Co. Ltd. and TBB Property Insurance Agency Co. Ltd. will merge into the parent company and dissolve following the deal completion.

The transaction was first announced in December 2018 when Taiwan Business Bank was targeting to complete the merger by April 1, 2019.
