Medibio chairman to step down; interim named

Medibio Ltd. said Christopher Indermaur is stepping down as nonexecutive chairman of the company, effective Dec. 31, to focus on other business interests.

Peter Carlisle, the Australian medical technology company's vice chairman, will act as interim chairman from Dec. 31 until a permanent chairman is elected.

Meanwhile, Claude Solitario was also appointed nonexecutive director of the company to fill the vacated board seat, also effective Dec. 31. Solitario is a founding shareholder of Medibio.

Medibio develops diagnostic systems for mental health illnesses in Australia and the U.S.
