Ecolab Inc. on Feb. 1 closed its deal to acquire Laboratoires Anios SA for a transaction value of €750.0 million.

In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.

Lazard Ltd. was the financial adviser for Ecolab.

Ernst & Young Transaction Services France and Oddo Corporate Finance were the financial advisers for Laboratoires Anios, while Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats was the legal adviser.
