Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA appointed Antonio Guglielmi and Stefano Rangone, current heads of equity markets and equity capital markets respectively, to its corporate and investment banking division, Reuters reported, citing an internal memo.
As part of a reorganization of the division, both appointees will assume other responsibilities in addition to their current roles.
Guglielmi will become head of CIB Rome and public institutions with a focus on strengthening the coverage of state-related clients.
Rangone will assume the role of co-head of global coverage. He will work alongside Jean-Marie Messier, founder of Messier Maris & Associés, in which Mediobanca acquired a 66% stake in April.
UniCredit SpA appointed Davide Lombardo as head of investment advisory and key clients within the group wealth management business, part of UniCredit Commercial Banking, Western Europe, effective June 3.
Lombardo, who previously worked in the investment banking division at UBS Group AG in London, will be based in Milan and will report to Marco Bizzozero, CEO of group wealth management.
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC appointed Nigel Boardman as nonexecutive director of the company effective June 3.
Boardman previously served as a partner in Slaughter and May LLP from 1982 until his retirement on April 30.
Credit Suisse Group AG
Aaron Keller, most recently client relationship manager at Zurich-based private bank Rahn+Bodmer Co., will join the management team of Credit Suisse Group AG's entrepreneurs and executives desks unit, Finews noted.
