Dec. 8
* UBS Group AG will nominate Jeremy Anderson at its annual general meeting for election to its board at the annual general meeting May 3, 2018, as well as to the board of UBS AG.
* Michael Heaney will join the board of TP ICAP Plc as an independent nonexecutive director on Jan. 15, 2018.
* Helios Underwriting Plc named Edward Fitzalan-Howard a nonexecutive director, effective Jan. 1, 2018.
* Swiss Re AG's board of directors proposed to elect Karen Gavan, Eileen Rominger and Larry Zimpleman as nonexecutive and independent board members at the annual general meeting April 20, 2018. Rajna Brandon also decided to step down from the board, while current members Mary Francis and Carl Robert Henrikson are due to retire at the next annual general meeting.

* Olivier Steimer will join the board of directors of Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA as an independent member Jan. 1, 2018.
* JSC Nurbank said Rustem Kamaleev was appointed to join its board as an independent director.
* John Allen is leaving the board of Manchester Building Society as nonexecutive director Dec. 31.
* Allan Damsgaard, a board member at GrønlandsBANKEN A/S since 2011, died. The bank named Hans Boassen a member of the board.
* Els Blaton left Belfius Banque SA's board to become COO at Belfius Insurance SA, De Tijd reported.
* Simon Fraser is leaving Ashmore Group Plc as nonexecutive director Dec. 31.
* British Business Bank Plc appointed Piers Linney and Amanda Rendle as nonexecutive directors to the board, effective from Dec. 7.
* LV= General Insurance, the joint venture between Allianz Group and Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Ltd., named Alan Cook its chairperson.

* London Stock Exchange Group Plc appointed Val Rahmani an independent nonexecutive director, effective Dec. 20.
* Deutsche Bank AG's chief administrative officer, Karl von Rohr, will become chairman of the supervisory board of Deutsche Asset Management, which will operate within a GmbH & Co. KGaA legal structure, effective in the first quarter of 2018.
* Tim Hanford resigned from the board of OneSavings Bank Plc as nonexecutive director, effective Dec. 31, to pursue other business interests. He has been on the board since February 2011.

* EFG International AG nominated Fong Seng Tee for election to the board at its annual general meeting in 2018. He will also chair the company's advisory board for Asia, to be set up by 2017-end.
