Itaú CorpBanca's CFO to become CEO

Chile's Itaú CorpBanca said Manuel Olivares resigned as CEO, effective Jan. 30, and will be replaced by Gabriel Moura.

Moura has been working at the Itaú group for more than 20 years and currently serves as Itaú CorpBanca's CFO, a position he has held since 2016.

Olivares, meanwhile, has been serving as CEO since early 2019. He was previously held the same role at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Chile SA from 2012 to 2018, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
