Consolidated Tomoka to replace board members

Board members at Florida-based real estate company Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co., William Olivari and Thomas Warlow, will retire at the end of their current one-year term.

The two outgoing members joined the board in 2008 and 2010, respectively.

The company will add George Brokaw and Blakeslee Gable to its board, effective Oct. 22. Brokaw will serve on the board's audit and compensation committees, while Gable will serve on the audit and governance committees.

Brokaw is a managing partner of investment firm Trafelet Brokaw & Co. LLC and a board member of Alico Inc., Dish Network Corp. and Modern Media Acquisition Corp. Gable is CEO of Barron Collier Cos.
