E3 Metals confirms acquisition of permits in Exshaw lithium project area

E3 Metals Corp. signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Bashaw permits, located within in its Exshaw lithium project area in Alberta, from Fathom Minerals Ltd.

The company will acquire a 100% interest and all technical data and reports related to the Bashaw permits for C$35,000 and 350,000 common shares.

The permits will increase the company's Leduc Reservoir landholdings to over 500,000 hectares.

E3 Metals said Dec. 6 that it intends to focus on advancing the extraction test work in early 2018 using funds from the exercise of warrants.

The company notified the holders of its 880,000 warrants that any warrants not exercised within 30 days of the latest statement, at a price of 40 Canadian cents apiece, will expire.
