Hong Kong-listed Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. is planning to issue US$350 million in 8.375% senior notes due March 8, 2021.
The Chinese developer is expecting net proceeds of approximately US$345.4 million from the proposed issuance of the notes, which will be offered at a price equivalent to 100% of the notes' principal amount. Fantasia said it will use the anticipated amount to refinance certain existing debt.
Fantasia said it has received approval in principle for the listing of the notes on the Singapore stock exchange.
Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd. and the Hong Kong branch of UBS AG have been appointed as the joint lead managers and joint book runners of the proposed offering.
