2 Montreal commercial real estate services firms merge

Commercial real estate services firms NAI Commercial Montreal and Terramont Real Estate Services combined in a merger of equals to form NAI Terramont Commercial, effective March 1.

The newly formed entity, which comprises 22 brokers, is now the fifth-largest commercial real estate services firm serving the office, industrial, retail, tenant and investor market in Montreal, according to a release.

Initially, the merged entity will consolidate offices into NAI Commercial's location at 615 René-Lévesque Blvd. W. in Montreal. It will be led by Paul-Eric Poitras as president, with former Terramont Senior Vice President and co-founder Jean-Marc LeBlanc serving as senior partner.

NAI Commercial is part of the NAI Global network, one of Canada's largest commercial real estate brokerage firms.
