South Korean regulator names new CEO of state-run Korea Housing Finance

South Korea's Financial Services Commission nominated Lee Jung-hwan as CEO of Korea Housing Finance Corp.

Lee is a former CEO of Korea Exchange Inc. and a former treasury bureau director of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.

The appointment requires approval by the South Korean president as Korea Housing Finance is a state-run institution.
