MiFinanciera to offer $1.5M in bonds

MiFinanciera, S.A. on March 19 plans to offer two series of commercial securities for a total of $1.5 million, according to separate filings.

The series G bonds have a term of six months and an interest rate of 5.50%, while the series H notes mature in one year and yield at an interest rate of 6.00%. Both series of notes will be issued March 21.

The Panamanian company plans to use the funds from the offering to finance its credit activities.
