Kering redeems €369.8M of bonds

French luxury fashion house Kering SA said Oct. 9 that it redeemed €369.8 million worth of bonds trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The company, which owns brands including Gucci, Saint Laurent and Balenciaga, launched the tender offer Sept. 28 for its bonds maturing in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

The offer included €55 million of a first issue of Kering's €500 million worth of 3.125% coupon bonds maturing in April 2019; €140 million of a first issue of €500 million worth of 2.500% coupon bonds maturing in July 2020; €55 million of a first issue of €500 million worth of 1.375% coupon bonds maturing in October 2021; and €119.8 million of a first issue of €500 million worth of 0.875% coupon bonds maturing in March 2022.
