Bohai Capital Holding Co. Ltd. appointed Ma Weihua as CEO and vice chairman.

Ma, who was named as a director on the company's board earlier in October, replaces Zhuo Yiqun in the CEO role.

Zhuo stepped down as CEO due to adjustment of work responsibilities. He will remain chairman of the board.
