Ethias names CFO

The board of directors of Ethias SA named Cécile Flandre CFO, subject to approval of the National Bank of Belgium.

Benoît Verwilghen, who serves as the Belgian insurer's vice CEO, will assume the CFO responsibilities until Flandre takes over. Thereafter he will lead the company's new "clients center," covering the public sector, companies and private individuals.
