Integral Diagnostics names CFO; Gala Global shuffles top management

S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a weekly rundown of recent executive changes at pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences companies.

* Integral Diagnostics Ltd. appointed Anne Lockwood CFO. Lockwood has been the company's interim CFO since Sept. 1.

* Gala Global Inc. named Maqsood Rehman CEO to replace Timothy Madden, who stepped down to focus on his responsibilities as the CEO of Gala Global unit Controlled Environment Genomics Inc. In addition, the company appointed Joseph Earle COO to replace Rehman, who was appointed to the position in June.

* Virginia Jamieson is stepping down as Kuros Biosciences AG's chief medical officer. Jamieson has reached retirement age. Her replacement will be announced in due course, the company said.

* Recce Ltd. said Peter Williams stepped down as its CFO and secretary. The company has outsourced its CFO function to Pitcher Partners Sydney, with Justin Reynolds as manager.

* NovaBay Pharmaceuticals Inc. appointed Lewis Stuart the chief commercial officer. Stuart had previously served as vice president of U.S. oncology at Genomic Health Inc. since 2013.

* Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. promoted Gina Consylman to senior vice president and CFO, and appointed William Huyett COO. Consylman joined Ironwood in 2014 and heads the company's finance, planning, accounting, tax, treasury and insurance functions, while Huyett was most recently senior partner emeritus at McKinsey & Co. Inc.

* OncoMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. President and CEO Paul Hastings will resume his role as board chairman. Hastings had been on medical leave since September. The office of the president — comprising John Lewicki, executive vice president of research and development, and Executive Vice President and CFO Sunil Patel — will continue to perform the duties of the president and CEO.

* David Snow resigned as the chief commercial officer of Radius Health Inc. Joseph Kelly succeeds Snow as the chief commercial officer and senior vice president of sales and marketing.

* Intrexon Corp. appointed Thomas Bostick COO and Nir Nimrodi chief business officer. Bostick, who is replacing Andrew Last as COO, previously served in the U.S. Army. Nimrodi was most recently Intrexon's senior vice president and head of corporate development.
