NH Investment & Securities appoints new CEO

South Korea's NH Investment & Securities Co. Ltd. named Vice President Jeong Young-chae as CEO, Yonhap News Agency reported March 22.

Jeong takes over from Kim Won-kyu with immediate effect following a shareholders' meeting held the same day.

The company also declared cash dividends of 500 won per common share and 550 won per preferred share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2017.

As of March 21, US$1 was equivalent to 1,071.18 South Korean won.
