Fibra UNO conducts nearly 13B peso offering

Fibra UNO conducted an offering of 419.75 million certificado bursátile fiduciario inmobiliario, or CBFIs, including an overallotment option, at a price of 30.50 Mexican pesos per unit, for a total sum of 12.80 billion Mexican pesos.

Roughly 37% of the CBFIs were placed through a public offering in Mexico, while almost 63% were placed through an international private offering, according to a company release. The global offering was more than 3.5x oversubscribed and is slated for settlement Oct. 9.

As of Oct. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 18.22 Mexican pesos.
