Investcorp JV buys Boston mixed-use property for $128M

Investcorp Bank BSC and Brickman Associates, through a joint venture, acquired a mixed-use property in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood for $128 million.

The 184,643-square-foot office and retail property at 535-545 Boylston St. is 94% leased to 38 tenants.

The seller is John Hancock Real Estate Finance Inc., now known as Manulife Investment Management.
