Colmena Compañía de Seguros de Vida completes capital hike

Colmena Compañía de Seguros de Vida SA has completed a capital increase of 380 million Chilean pesos from shares it received from shareholder Colmena Salud SA on Dec. 13, according to a regulatory filing.

The Chile-based company said the transaction corresponded to 152,000 shares. Shareholders approved the capital increase in May, while regulator SVS gave its approval in August.

As of Dec. 15, US$1 was equivalent to 636.22 Chilean pesos.
