Innovatus Capital pays $108M for Mesa, Ariz., office campus

Innovatus Capital Partners LLC acquired the Waypoint office complex in Mesa, Ariz., from Lincoln Property Co. and Harvard Investments Inc. for $107.6 million, the Phoenix Business Journal reported.

Waypoint comprises 426,951 square feet across four buildings. Tenants at the 98%-leased campus include Cognizant, Mitel, Ashton Woods, Beazer Homes, Nextcare, Udall Shumway and EPS Group, according to the publication.

CBRE represented the sellers.
