PNM Resources extends maturity date of $150M term loan

PNM Resources Inc. amended a $150 million term loan agreement to extend the maturity date to June 8 from March 9.

The amended agreement also releases existing lenders under the term loan, except for Wells Fargo Bank NA, and adds The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. as a new lender, according to Form 8-K filed March 7.

Wells Fargo also serves as administrative agent for the term loan.
