Privredna banka's management board president to resign

Privredna banka Zagreb dd management board President Božo Prka will resign when his term ends Feb. 10, 2018, citing personal reasons.

The bank's supervisory board nominated Dinko Lucic to replace Prka, subject to the Croatian National Bank's approval. Lucic has been in the bank's management board as well as that of fellow Intesa Sanpaolo SpA unit Všeobecná úverová banka a.s. in Slovakia.

Prka has held Privredna banka's management board presidency since 1998.
