China Investments Holdings H1 profit falls YOY

4981103 said its normalized net income for the first half came to HK$1.8 million, a decline of 87.6% from HK$14.4 million in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue fell 36.6% year over year to HK$11.8 million from HK$18.7 million, and total operating expenses rose 12.8% year over year to HK$34.8 million from HK$30.9 million.

Reported net income decreased 96.3% on an annual basis to HK$843,000, or 0 cents per share, from HK$22.9 million, or 1 cents per share.China Investments Holdings Ltd.
